Congratulations to our wonderful Gaelic football teams who completed a league finals double in the Cumann na mBunscoil leagues, on Wednesday 25th October, in a sunny Mc Namee Park.The boys put on a great team display, with super scores thoroughout the game, beating a gallant Scoil na Fuiseoge, Twinbrook 4-3 to 1-1.
The Girls took a little while to settle into their pattern of play but a great team ethic worked the scores for a win over a good St.Aloysius PS, Lisburn team by 3-4 to 1-2.
Both teams had a great support from their Friends in P5 - P7 f, teachers and CAs, our parents and the local community. A special mention to Evan & Josh, who were excellent score keepers during both games.
Congratulations to Mr Sherlock and the two super St.Patricks teams.
As Marty Morrissey noted on RTE... 'There wont be a cow milked in Holywood for a week ...but milkshakes all round for the boys and girls.'
